Suzanne counsels her clients and event teams on sustainable food and beverage management, event concept and design, VIP handling, venue and site selection, contract negotiation, risk management, staff recruitment and training, budgets, logistics, and unique destination programs.
Suzanne brings together event professionals to reshape events to reduce food waste, increase sustainability and combat local hunger. She participated in the Harvard Law School Food Law and Policy Clinic’s U.S. Food Waste Summit subcommittee on supporting food donation systems and a regional consultant in advance of the United National Environmental Assembly.
